- Der step-feeder ist im Rastermaß von 50 mm skalierbar
- Durch das Rastermaß von 50 mm sind die Speichermodule ohne Anpassung in die cell-systems integrierbar
- Verwendbar als nur Fertig- oder Rohteilspeicher oder auch als Roh- und Fertigteilspeicher in einem System
- Die Beladung mit Rohteilen bzw. Entladung von Fertigteilen ist während des Prozesses möglich – durch räumliche Trennung von Bediener und Maschine
- Kein Verrutschen der Werkstücke beim Stapeln, da durch äußere oder innere Führungen am oder im Teil der Stapel gehalten wird
- Der Zugang zur Bedienerseite wird verhindert durch eine komplette Schutztür aus der floor-cell oder eine Lichtschranke mit entsprechendem Sicherheitsabstand
- Einteilung und Teileanzahl individuell anpassbar
Optionen:
- Durch eine Hubeinheit wird das abzunehmende Teil dem Roboter oder Handling immer auf der gleichen Position präsentiert
- Poka-Yoke durch Konturen in den inneren oder äußeren Führungen verhindern die falsche Beladung in den Speicher
